False FDA Complaint intended to Cut off the Flow of Medications for Dr. Fernandez

These False Complaints were filed in an attempt to cut off the flow of live saving drugs to Dr. Fernandez alleging that he did not have a prescription for these medications, and thus an effort was made to starve Dr. Fernandez out of his home.

As it is evident here Dr. Fernandez did indeed have prescriptions to his medications and the complaint filed to the FDA was intended to harass Dr. Fernandez.
