Publish Your Stories on Blogs: Media Are Being Ordered to 'Unpublish'
Judges order newspapers to 'unpublish' 5 articles |
Two judges have signed orders demanding two newspapers remove from their archives stories about several court case defendants, according to a report in one of the affected publications. |
Even as a blog I have been orders to unpublished stories, citing privacy concerns.....
Elder Financial abuse is a very lucrative enterprise, there are no numbers kept as to the number of financially well off elders in forced guardianship, these figures are so private that they are not even available, and elder abuse stories according to some sources in the business should remain private as well.

Uh, hello? First Amendment? Where are you?
Wasting time bitching about corrupt courts and lawyers. I suggest all read July 12, 2010 Time magazine story about lobbyists. There are 4 of them shown. I hope just the victims on Ray's mailing list will pool their resources and hire a professional lobbyis to help Congress craft an Stop Elder Kidnapping law and make it criminal so that DOJ had to investigate and prosecute. DOJ now called probate court kidnappings "a civil matter." Kidnapping is a crime under the law by FBI web on U.S.C. 18-242 except FBI also called it civil matter if committed by probate court judges or court attorneys. Kidnapping elderly is not civilized. The penalty is one to ten years in prison.
We can jointly petition the President to grant pardons to all probate court hostages and treble the damages. This way, DOJ will not dare to call kidnaping under color of law "a civil matter."
Let's join to hire expert to write a law for Congress to punish the guilty of elder abuse.
Put elder kidnappers behind the bars and have them pay for the prison expenses like they milk the elderly to pay thier kidnapping service and also have to pay nursing homes where they do not want to be.
