Sentence less than eight months

She could have faced up to 13 years in state prison for charges of elder financial abuse, but Jan Ann Pestana instead accepted a deal with a judge Tuesday that will put her behind bars for no more than eight months.

I used to work for Jan at her horse farm in Clements. She has never and will never care about the way her actions affect others. I was around while "B", the (wonderful) elderly woman was in Jans "care", and it was horrific.
