Stop Abusive Conservatorships,Now

People in California now have a new resource to help fight the epidemic of runaway Conservatorships/Guardianships that are taking the country's elder population by storm.

In most states , the laws state that there must be "clear and convincing evidence" to support a Conservatorship/Guardianhips . However, the law does not provide any criteria or specific standard on what to base clear and convincing evidence and many Courts take innuendos and un proved allegations as reasons for a forced Conservatorship/Guardianship placing many seniors in the fight of their lives.

During a press conference, Administrative Presiding Judge Roger W. Boren, who heads the Los Angeles Appellate Court and the Task Force was quoted as saying "the elderly have a target on them, and that target is their estate."
