'The Big Prize'

This Quit Claim Deed was given to Clara to sign in between hospital stays, after her abduction in August 2004 . It had been the homestead of Dr. Fernandez and Clara since it was built in 1976 . The house had been referred to by Willam Hart as "The Big Prize."

Clara does not remember signing the Deed only remembers: When asked about her older son, she reported “My son took my money, my property.” She became upset at telling a story about her older son’s attorney coming by every two or three days to have her sign something.
