by Whitney Ray of Capital News Service

A Department of Children and Families Spokesman, arrested on child pornography charges, had a record.

Hear it here: Spokesperson Arrested, DCF Looking At Screening Process

Al Zimmerman was the face for the Department of Children and Families, now Investigators say he’s a reminder that child predators (and elder abusers) come from all walks of life.

-----------------------------------------

E.A. and its readers acknowledge that DCF is a valuable resource it is our hope that DCF remains un blemished .

In view of recent headlines involving one of the department's spokespersons that had been arrested and has a criminal record, the bringing to light of this situation by the authorities confirms the diligence of the authorities to keep this dept clean .

We have always taken the position that a few bad apples can have a devastating effect.

We know of workers that have had their records expunged for crimes of moral terpitude who are still working as social workers and counselors , sooner or later the truth will be revealed and damage the reputation of the thousands of honest hard working social workers and Adult Protective Investigators that are doing a good job.

Keep Hackers Out! Hackers pose a constant threat to the Home PC.

Hackers pose a constant threat to the Home PC. Keep Hackers Out!

Article by Valeria Gooner

If you've ever spent time just hanging around a big city's street, you may have noticed an interesting phenomenon: the car door handle flipper. He's the dude sauntering alongside a row of parked cars nonchalantly trying each door handle to see if it opens. He's looking for that promotion from urban nuisance to car thief. He's in no hurry and he doesn't discriminate between the cars. This is how computer hackers work as they search for access to someone's home computer.

Like the prospective car thief, hackers randomly and systematically scan machines on a network, like Road Runner's or Earthlink's for example, looking for a way in. The way in is one of the 65,535 ports that exist as a part of any machine's IP address.

If nothing is holding these access points closed, the hacker knocks until a port answers. Nothing personal, the whole thing is automated, and the hacker is probably off doing his laundry or playing UNO with his little brother while his port-scanning script runs wild over the network you happen to be using.

“Lately, a number of worms and virus infections have, among other things, ‘listened' on a particular port, so that when scanned, the infected computer is able to be controlled remotely. Computers that have been hacked this way are said to have a ‘back door,' and are used to send spam and conduct internet attacks, among other things. What this means is that the computer is completely unsecured and readable from across the net,” explains Rob Noel , Client Services Manager for OASIS. It is frightening to think that your machine might be used for nefarious purposes, isn't it?

Domestic Terror Alive and Well in the USA

SAN FRANSCICO, CALIFORNIA -Matthai Chakko Kuruvila, Chronicle Religion Writer
Sunday, August 12, 2007

Yusuf Bey believed fish sandwiches and bean pies would lift up marginalized black people in Oakland.

For more than three decades, his bakery was both pulpit and profit center, providing the money to start other nearby businesses, such as a hair salon and school, to bear witness to black self-empowerment.

But the block of stores on San Pablo Avenue has withered since Bey's death four years ago. The final blow came this month, when police raided Your Black Muslim Bakery, smashing its windows and putting its leaders in jail.

The empire's heir, Yusuf Bey IV, sits in jail facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon. Bey IV, his brother Joshua Bey and a bakery employee also have been charged with kidnapping and torture. And a 19-year-old bakery handyman has been charged with the assassination of a symbol of African American self-sufficiency -- Chauncey Bailey, the black editor of a black-owned weekly newspaper serving the black community.

Tarika Lewis will testify. No one listened to Lewis when she spoke out in the 1970s, when she worked at the bakery and said she saw the elder Bey beating women. No one --not police, not community leaders, not Child Protective Services -

The alleged victims were Lewis' stepdaughters, who had been placed in Bey's custody by her ex-husband. In 2002, prosecutors said they had DNA evidence to prove that Bey fathered five children with four victims under the age of 14, two of whom gave birth when they were 13. Two were Lewis' stepdaughters.

In 1993, Bey said on the show that he didn't want gay teachers because they might influence his children to be gay, and he claimed that homosexuals are beheaded in the Middle East.

In 1994, members of the bakery allegedly beat an Oakland man with a police officer's heavy-duty flashlight and threatened to kill the white police officers who came to investigate.

The Chronicle tried to talk to several alleged victims, but almost no one wanted their name used -- for good reason, said the mother of one man who was severely beaten.

Before the Aug. 3 police raid, associates of the bakery did "all sorts of things, but nothing has happened to them," she said. "They still didn't stop, did they? They got worse, as a matter of fact."

The bakery received a $1.2 million advance from the city in 1996 to start a job-training program for health care workers. Money was used to lease a Cadillac, but the school was never opened and the loan was apparently never repaid.

"It's like this dirty little secret that no one wants to admit to," said Lewis, whose stepdaughters bore children after Bey allegedly raped them. "A lot of people befriended him because of this perception of power."

Waajid Aljawwaad, a "spiritually adopted son" of Bey who was the bakery accountant, was supposed to shepherd the business. But Aljawwaad, 51, disappeared in February 2004. His badly decomposed body was found six months later.

John Bey, another son, was ambushed in June 2005 as he left his home. He has since gone into hiding.

Antar Bey, 23, the next successor, was killed at a gas station in October 2005.

Bey IV had recently flaunted a sense of invincibility and challenged police ....
Bey IV was arrested in January on a charge of shoplifting...."We have the best lawyers. That's why I'm not in jail."

"They are hiding behind the aura that was built up by the bakery,"

Abridged and Edited for E.A. read the entire article by Matthai Chakko Kuruvila >>

--------------------------------------------------
Yusef Bey was an influential man who hid behind an aura of invincibility as he raped children, beat women, and murdered critics, he was quite aware of our Two (2) Tier legal system and played it well. Two sets of rules , one for public officials with position in government, or citizens with financial wealth or other indication of status or position and another for common citizens like you or I.

Of course when he started delivering bodies on the sidewalk it became a bit much for the authorities to ignore and they were forced to take action.

We at E.A. have asked that question and will keep on asking it : Should we just enforce one set of rules for everyone regardless of position in government, financial wealth or other indication of status or position?

We can help but wonder how many other (people/businesses are pillaging, raping, murdering who are untouchable even flaunting authorities and hiding behind an aura of invincibility built up by the hard work of their predecessors ?

Woman Sentenced In Elder Abuse Case

BURLINGTON, Ky. -- A Burlington woman was sentenced Wednesday on charges related to the death of an elderly person in her care.

A judge sentenced Mary Allen to 225 days in jail and five years’ probation after she pleaded guilty to abusing Joe Daniels, a mentally disabled man for whom she was paid to provide care.
Allen was indicted earlier this year on second-degree manslaughter and exploitation of an adult by a caregiver and two counts of abuse and neglect.

The judge also ordered that Allen, whose husband, Brian Graham, faces charges related to the sexual abuse of an 18-month-old girl, may not work again as a caregiver.

Thanks Goodness this judge is tough on abuse and ordered Allen NOT to work again as a caregiver! We are thrilled to hear that, sounds like we are making real progress, here.

The Truth Is Out at Last for Heraldine Higson

'Monster froze my childhood in time' article by Helen Tither

IN her satin dress, dainty gloves and lace veil, the young girl in the photo looks every inch a princess.

It is such a picture of sweetness and innocence that for weeks the framed portrait graced the window of the photographer's shop in Salford for passers-by to admire.

Nobody could have guessed the truth behind the photograph of nine-year-old Geraldine Sealy (now Higson). Behind the happy smile lay a dark secret of abuse. She didn't tell anybody - for more than 40 years.Geraldine, 51, says: "It was a beautiful dress, I remember, of duck egg blue with fingerless lace gloves.

It was for the May Day Crowning of Our Lady so mum splashed out. I felt like a princess."That was one of my last happy memories. My childhood was frozen at that point."

It was around that time, in the mid-1960s, that nine-year-old Geraldine was first abused by Benjamin Williamson. It was the start of a prolonged series of attacks that would go on for many years.

"I was reading a comic on top of my bed and suddenly I felt him on top of me. I thought he was cuddling me - although it wasn't in his nature. But it didn't feel like a cuddle. I was too young to know what was happening, it was a terrible shock.

But the sight of Williamson near other young children made her wonder whether he would abuse again."I saw him with this little girl, she was such a pretty little thing. It just hit me - what if she gets in trouble with him? I would never forgive myself.

Now I am hoping I can move on, heal and be happy knowing that the truth is out at last. I wanted justice for me - and for that little girl in that May Day picture. "She didn't deserve what happened to her. I have served my sentence, now it's his turn."

Abridged for E.A. read it all here >>

--------------------------------------------

Thank You Geraldine for having the courage to come out with the story and fight for the truth. You could have let 'sleeping dogs lie' but you took the high road and did what had to be done, I can imagine the discomfort this brought on your family, yet the world is a better place because you exposed this monster.

No One to Turn for Help in Case of Abused Child

Sunday, July 22nd 2007

A mother who alleges that her now 16-year-old daughter was influenced to begin an intimate relationship with an older woman more than a year ago is calling on the authorities to investigate what she said is a case of sexual abuse.

The woman said the relationship between her daughter and the older woman started out innocently and continued that way for some time before certain things started happening that caused her to question the nature of the association. According to her, many of the things were distressing and forced her to take action against the older woman.

She said the woman was an educator at a reputable institution and her daughter who attends a city school met her through another educator. Within days of the introduction, she said, the woman became a frequent visitor to her home and presented herself as a mentor to the child. It was for that reason, she said, the girl was allowed to spend time away from the home for long hours with the woman.

Sunday Stabroek contacted the institution and was informed by its head that the educator was no longer employed there. The head declined to say anything on the issue but confirmed that the matter had engaged the institution's attention.

"I can only say that the woman is no longer here and that we were unable to do anything in relation to the case because the young girl in question was not a student at this institution," the head stated.

In a recent interview, the mother who said she had nowhere left to turn but to the media, revealed that the educator had been charged with assaulting her during a confrontation. She said when her daughter did not return home after lessons one day, she began searching for her, and found her standing on the road with the older woman.

According to her, it was hard to stay calm on seeing them together and she challenged the woman verbally, which led to her being physically assaulted.

Before the assault, the mother said, she had visited every authority possible for help and was turned away. The police did not know what to charge the woman with; a welfare officer had no solutions while friends and family urged her to pray.

It was in December 2006, she said, that she realized that the woman was involved in a physically intimate relationship with her daughter. The mother produced a stack of love letters, postcards and poems the woman wrote to her daughter professing deep feelings. She said the letters started coming through the mail in September 2006, but the girl would only say that a friend was sending them. She tried, but could not get the girl to say who the friend was.

"I wanted to know more than anything who was sending the letters because the language was very deep and the thoughts were well crafted. I had trouble believing it was a boy her age but she would not tell me who it was until I found a signed letter with the woman's name on it," the mother said.

The family was celebrating Christmas at the time, but that revelation brought everything to an abrupt halt, according to her. She said a complaint was immediately lodged at a police station in the area since the girl was below the age of consent and was still a minor. But the police turned her away saying they were not in a position to do anything.

The woman said she showed them the box full of information she had that clearly established the nature of the relationship between her daughter and the woman, to no avail.

She said she allowed the Christmas season festivities to pass and visited a welfare officer in January 2006 to complain about the woman since she had stopped her daughter from communicating with her but they were still in touch. She said the welfare officer also offered no assistance and asked her to try other places. She then went back the police but got the same response.

The woman said she then visited the institution where the woman worked and complained to her superiors. Though they listened to her and empathised, she said, they also could do nothing and she left not knowing what to do.

According to her, it became very clear after a while that she was going to have to protect her daughter on her own, so she sent the woman a lawyer's letter instructing her to stay away from her child. The woman responded by a lawyer's letter also, in which she denied having a relationship with the girl and stating that she had already withdrawn from the girl's company. Her lawyer's letter instructed the mother to talk to her daughter and to get the child to stay away from her.

But the relationship continued. The mother said her daughter went home late one night and the woman was with her. When she confronted her about still hanging around the girl, she said, the woman verbally abused her.

"She told me that my daughter was going to turn 16 very soon and that she would be able to consent to a relationship regardless of whether I agreed to it or not. That woman looked me in my face and said that. I chased her from my home but she left laughing," the mother related.

What happened next was something she said the family did not see coming. On her sixteenth birthday, the girl stayed out all night. She said when her daughter returned home the next day, she offered no explanation as to where and with whom she had been. She said the girl spent two more nights away from home shortly after that and when she confronted her about it, the child said that she had to work out a few things with the older woman.

The mother said her daughter opened up about how the relationship was stressing her out and said that she had to clear up a few things. According to her, the girl seemed ready to move on with her life, but not long after she went missing from home. She said she got a call one night from the woman urging her to go and pick up the girl at a bus park. The whole family turned up and found the child waiting.

The mother said her daughter was clearly taken advantage of by someone who was supposed to have been a trusted elder and according to her that amounted to sexual abuse. She said no one else seems to think so, because most of the people she went to with her complaints told her there was no law under which the woman could be charged.

She said the authorities should investigate the matter because there might be other young girls out there being preyed upon by older women.

"I never would have thought that my child would have been molested by another woman. You think of men and you warn your girls about older men and older boys but there are other predators out there and they wear skirts and dresses," she said.

The mother said her daughter used to perform well at school but since meeting the woman her grades had dropped. She added that no mother should have to go through what she had endured so far and felt that if people out there knew what happened in her family they might be more aware of what is happening in the society.

She said that as a parent, she was hurting and deeply upset and as a mother, she felt "lost, lonely and defeated." She pointed out though that her husband had been at her side and had been very supportive, in addition to an older son.

-------------------------------------------------

The numbers of victims of abuse are swelling daily, unfortunately we live in a society that protects the predators and not the victims, I am sorry there was nothing you could do outside of taking the law into your own hands to protect your daughter.

Your child who has lost her innocence and will neve be the same, your family will never be the same , we all share the same frustration with you, the pain and also the shoulder shrugs that you received from the people who are supposed to protect you.

We all have lost mothers, fathers, children to perpetrators who in your own words have left "she left laughing," .

The words of Indigo Star, a victim of abuse when she wrote in the post under the header Our Legal System - A Victim's Perspective - come to mind.

"The perpetrator then gets the added thrill of hearing this grueling and
terrifying testimony of how deeply they have harmed someone and rather than
instilling remorse, it gives them a sick sense of power and satisfaction. Many
choose to challenge it as a further way of tormenting and terrorizing their
victims."

We will not be silenced the whole world will know how we treat our children, our elderly our infirm, maybe one day our leaders will be shamed into action and others will be spared the grief that you and I and so many others who have lost loved ones to indifference, indolence and negligence feel.

Failure of Authorites To Do Their Jobs Costs Another 12 year Old Innocent Girl Her Life

By Big Dog on Jul 14, 2007 in Commentary Immigrant Murders 12 Year Old Girl

An immigrant from Thailand who was convicted of child molestation in the past will be charged with the murder of a 12 year old girl who he abducted on July 4th as she watched the fireworks. Terapon Adhahn is accused of abducting Zina Linnik whose body was found by police after the suspect gave them information leading them to where he left her.

Adhahn should have been deported after his conviction for incest but, once again, Immigration was behind the eight ball and because they failed to do their job the Fourth of July will always be a tragic day for Zina’s family.

When are we as a society going to get our acts together and realize that these freaks can not be part of society and should not be allowed to live? When are we going to demand that our government do its duty and ensure that these kinds of people are not running our streets?

It is time to hold the perverts and the judges as well as the rest of the government 100% accountable for their acts.

We can start by getting tough on child molesters( elder abusers) and their enablers in government.

God bless this child’s soul and may He comfort her family.

Deal Reported in Los Angeles Abuse Cases

Richard Sipe with Pope John Paul II
International Conference on Celibacy Rome - May 1993

Lawyers for more than 500 people who say they were abused by Roman Catholic clergy members said last night that they had settled their lawsuits against the Archdiocese of Los Angeles for $660 million.

If approved, it will be by far the largest payout made by any single diocese since the clergy sexual abuse scandals first became public in Boston in 2002. It will dwarf the $85 million paid for 552 claims by the Archdiocese of Boston.

The settlement, which archdiocese officials have said would require the sale of church property, appeared to bring the drawn-out legal wrangling to a close.

Steven Sanchez, a 47-year old financial adviser who is one of the plaintiffs in the case set to begin on Monday, said he had been girding himself to testify about the abuse he suffered when he was 9 or 10 years old, and he said he wanted to see church officials called to account in a courtroom.

Asked before the settlement was disclosed what he would do with any money he might receive, Mr. Sanchez said simply, “Where can you take that check and cash it that will make you 10 years old again?”

Mary Grant, 44, is an abuse victim whose case was settled by the Diocese of Orange, in California, and is a plaintiff in the Los Angeles cases. Ms. Grant is Western regional director of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, and counsels other victims. Earlier yesterday, she said any settlement in Los Angeles would be “a bitter release.”

'Aboriginal industry' created abuse crisis

Those most to blame for this horror are the promoters of the Aboriginal industry - from H.C. "Nugget" Coombs and his successors to the legislators who disenfranchised rural Aboriginals from the economy through the equal wage case 30 years ago, to the jurists who conspired to concoct the Mabo case and the authors of flawed reports on Aboriginal deaths in custody and the so-called "stolen generations".

Son Sentenced For Sexual Abuse Two Weeks After Father Sentenced

BANGOR (AP) -- The son of a Patten man serving an eleven-year sentence on sex charges has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a minor and been sentenced to nine months in jail.

Thirty-year-old Kirby Williams Junior was sentenced Friday to four years in prison with all but nine months suspended for sexual abuse of a minor in 2005.

Williams' father, 54-year-old Kirby Williams Senior, also was charged with sexually abusing the same girl. But those charges were dropped after the elder Williams was convicted in January of sexually abusing a different female family member.

Australia’s Outback shame

In national emergencies, soldiers are sent to do all sorts of strange jobs, like shoring up levees against floods or cleaning up towns flattened by hurricanes. But what the Australian Army has been ordered to do must be a world first. Kitted out in camouflage gear, troops are fanning out across the vast Northern Territory to stop gross sexual abuse of Aboriginal children.

"We are dealing with children of the tenderest age who have been exposed to the most terrible abuse from the time of their birth, virtually," said Prime Minister John Howard, as he stomped over the local government's objections. "What matters more: the constitutional niceties or the care and protection of young children?"

Although the Northern Territory occupies a fifth of the Australian continent, it has only one per cent of its people. But it contains more than half of the country's 1,139 remote indigenous communities and nearly 30 per cent of its population is Aboriginal. It ought to be a showcase of how Australia cares for the disadvantaged and vulnerable. It's not.

It is devastating for us to bury our young people; they should be burying us. But the tide has turned: we the Elders are singing and crying for our young ones.

This was our Hurricane Katrina, said Howard – the humiliating exposure of government incompetence and neglect on a vast scale. Social breakdown in isolated Aboriginal communities was so serious that it warranted immediate action. "Freedoms and rights, especially for women and children, are little more than cruel fictions without the rule of law," Mr Howard said. So troops, police, doctors, social workers and bureaucrats are flooding into about 60 townships in an effort to rebuild Aboriginal society from the ground up.

By any yardstick, the measures are Draconian. They include banning the sale, possession and consumption of alcohol in certain areas; restricting access to welfare payments to ensure that parents feed their children instead of their addiction to grog and gambling; and banning the possession of X-rated pornography. Non-Aborigines will no longer need permits to enter certain settlements and the Federal Government will acquire five-year leases over some townships. Disturbingly, for many Aboriginal parents, there will be compulsory examinations for their children to check for sexual abuse and to assess their health.

What sparked the federal government into action was a report commissioned by the local government into Aboriginal child sexual abuse, Little Children are Sacred. It was replete with sickening stories: a three-year old girl imitating sex acts, 12 to 15-year-old Aboriginal girls trading sex with mine workers for alcohol and cash; increasing rates of incest; 15-year-olds raping five-year olds; mothers prostituting their children...

Sad as they were, none of the stories was new. Even though the report offered few hard statistics on the scope of the abuse, it was universally believed. Year after year government reports have been tabled about dysfunctional Aboriginal communities. Successive governments have given them the vote, welfare, land rights and a huge bureaucracy to manage their affairs. What was beyond their power to give was happy home lives and successful marriages.

Aborigines have always been at risk. After more than 200 years of white contact, often tainted by violence, abuse, discrimination and neglect, links to traditional cultures and homelands have frayed or broken. Some have integrated successfully into mainstream Australian society. Many have not. Fringe-dwellers of de-tribalised Aborigines live in the outskirts of many country towns in ramshackle settlements. In more remote areas, so alien from white Australia that residents speak little English, tiny townships subsist on government welfare payments.

In many (though not all) of these, living conditions cannot be described as third world, or even fourth world. Journalists and government reports paint pictures of utterly demoralised communities, horrifying parallel universes of boredom, pornography, ill-health, drunkenness, petrol-sniffing, violence, and sexual abuse. Here are some details:

• One out of eight children is abused or neglected.
• The per capita rate of sexually transmitted infections amongst NT Aboriginal people is between seven and 30 times greater than for non-Aboriginals.
• Drunkenness is endemic. To give an idea of the problem, consider the town of Borroloola – population about 800. The locals were consuming about eight pallets of beer -- 960 cartons -- a day.
• Pornography is everywhere. Many children in Aboriginal communities are hyper-sexualised as a result of watching blue movies on DVDs and pay TV.
• The use of cannabis, kava is widespread. Petrol-sniffing has destroyed the lives of many young men in remote communities.

There are fears that traditional Aboriginal culture will disappear with this generation. A woman elder from the Yolngu people in Arnhem Land said eloquently: "We can see that the young people are coming out of school and going straight into drinking – this is a very bad habit... It is devastating for us to bury our young people; they should be burying us. But the tide has turned: we the Elders are singing and crying for our young ones."

Got the picture? Reading Little Children Are Sacred would make you weep with despair. But not just at the horrifying abuse of women and children and the near-extinction of an ancient culture. There should be despair, too, at the clueless bureaucrats.

The problem with Aboriginal society is not that it is too different from mainstream Western society, but that it is too much the same. Reeling under the onslaught of modern technology, media and bureaucracy, Aboriginal culture is fragile – immune-compromised and vulnerable to degrading moral infections. Our more robust culture, with its long Christian traditions, law and institutions can hardly cope. What chance does Aboriginal culture have? Essentially, how different is the world of Borroloola and the binge-drinking, sex-sodden world of many university students? Just read Tom Wolfe's novel I Am Charlotte Simmons.

In fact, as the report's authors found, the problem was that many Aboriginal girls and boys are just copying what they see on their TV screens. Pentecostal minister Djiniyini Gondarra, of the Galiwin'ku people in Arnhem Land, made a shrewd observation last year: Aboriginal youths believe they are "acting within 'white fella' law when being abusive, a thinking that began with the systemic undermining of our own law with the colonisation of Australia and the atrocities that followed. It is now reinforced by TV, movies, pornography and drugs brought into our community from wider Australia."

What makes outback Aboriginal society so sick? The Howard government has highlighted the destructive influence of welfare payments – or "sit-down money" as it is often called. It is attempting to create a work ethic and a sense of personal responsibility. This will help to curb the drunkenness, idleness and hopelessness which underlie much of the sex abuse.

But a crackpot welfare system is far from the whole story. The report's authors heard from many sources that "as traditional Aboriginal and missionary-imposed norms regarding sex broke down, they were being replaced with rampant promiscuity among teenagers." These tragically vulnerable people, in other words, are living in a moral vacuum.

How do the authors of the report propose to fill it? They offer 97 lukewarm recommendations which will require an army of social workers to implement. But what is their game-plan for changing the hearts of Aboriginal youths, to help them treat others with the respect due to them as fellow human beings?

Safe sex. Yup, that's right. Safe sex. "It is the Inquiry’s view that action must be taken to establish a new set of moral 'norms' within Aboriginal communities that do not fetter the freedom of choice but encourage the young to make appropriate and healthy choices in relation to sex and make certain behaviours socially unacceptable." How about fostering healthy marriages? How about strengthening the family unit? Divorce and separation is far more common amongst Aboriginal people -- sometimes 300 per cent more common in remote areas. Study after study has shown that children are happiest and healthiest in intact families. But none of the report's recommendations touch on the disastrous state of Aboriginal marriage.

Traditional Aboriginal laws on marriage were harsh and patriarchal, but they did not sanction promiscuity or sexual abuse. When Western moral relativism infected traditional culture, it killed the traditions and left little in its place. In one community the Elders' efforts to promote traditional marriage were being undermined by the local health centre which was distributing condoms and telling them they could have sex with anyone they want at any time as long as they wore a condom. "For young people today having sex is like fishing, and they throw that fish back when they finished," a Yolgnu Elder said.

This doesn't inspire much confidence in the ability of bureaucrats from Canberra, the national capital, to teach Aboriginal youths why they shouldn't sleep around and watch X-rated DVDs. Canberra, coincidentally, is also the capital of Australia's mail-order pornography industry.

Because Aborigines are socially and psychologically fragile, they suffer more when moral standards decay. But in a sense the disintegration of their communities should be a warning bell for us about the insanity of regarding substance abuse, pornography and promiscuity as mere lifestyle choices which are acceptable as long as no one gets hurt. The tragic experience in the Northern Territory shows that a morally corrupt lifestyle will eventually lead to a dysfunctional society where kids are at risk. The best the bureaucrats can do then is to surround broken families with a rickety scaffolding of social services and hope the kids will survive.

And if they don't, send in the Army.

Our Families Worst Nightmare & Clara's Unspeakable Horror!

Please click to enlarge documents:

Clara was improperly removed from her handicapped equipped home on August 20, 2004

Her care was farmed out to a a person that lived there with her because he did not have any transportation and spent all day alone with Clara while her alleged 'abductor' worked full time as a social worker for the state of Florida.

According to the social worker testimony he got along so well with Clara that he tucked her in at night and according to the testimony "he really focused in on her" line 20,21 of page 121

This while Clara was isolated , had been told her husband was dead, was not allowed any contact with her friends or family and her husband was dying of depression because of not being able to know about or see his wife of 58 years together.

Upon Clara's return after she was questioned by District Judge Richard Payne and clearly told the Judge that Key West is where she wanted to be , and after having gone on record as having told a number of Doctors , M.D's that she was taken against her will.

Clara's female caregiver noticed that Clara had a foul odor and discharge, and having hinted that strange things happened to her against her will , we immediately took her to the Gynecologist for examination.

The lab results and the call to bring Clara back confirmed our worst fears , and Clara was treated accordingly.

The Abduction ! August 20, 2004

According to Medical Records this stranger was responsible for Moving Clara's medical Records. Also according to my investigation of Clara's financial records he is also responsible for the Liquidation of her Bond Accounts to the tune of $65,000.00

Clara is seen forced to pose with, or maybe she joined a motorcycle club, we are impressed fellows! Do you do this with the other elders too ? Just curious.

Here Clara is seen with the wine flowing freely and being pushed into a situation where she doesn't belong, as her husband Dr. Fernandez is dying a slow death at home not knowing her where abouts and being refused his every effort to see her!

Here We see Clara again, wine flowing, medications on hand at a meeting of the Widows Quitclaim Deed Club.

Here's Clara on the Lam! Shortly after she was abducted, Good Try fellows but we recognize her anywhere. We would still like to know if you can please return her jewelry, Oh. I almost forgot I refused to sign the Mediation agreement, giving you rights you are not entitled to and rewarding you for your errant/bad behavior and legitimising your disgusting 'alledged' criminal behavior.

So you won't return to Clara the Jewelry or the money you stole!

After Clara was taken, she was left alone for long hours at a time leading to a serious fall in a Hotel Room! Your attorney, who is very good at delaying this case so it will not make it to Trial while Clara's alive and the whole legal system that's financially bleeding Clara dry calls it an accident! This was NO accident. It is documented that Clara was loaded with drugs and left alone.

And would anybody mind looking up the definition of Elder Abuse. What was Clara doing in a Hotel Room alone! With her handicapped house and 24/7 excellent health care that she is receiving?

Sure ! You justified the drugs because you say they were prescribed by a Dr. Yes , a Doctor that was not familiar with her health history, and prior history of a proness to falls .... and we know you farmed out the prescriptions, from different Doctors and drugstores.

Several people in my circle of friends believe this doctor(s) should be investigated for giving elders who has been diagnosed as prone to falls, and prohibited this king of drug(Dr. Joseph Scarlett ) dosis of tranquilizers that are excessive for a person her age.

Enjoy your legal immunity that your social worker status has given you while you can .

You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all the people all of the time.

Sooner or later Senator Herb Kohl (D-WI), ChairmanSenate Special Committee on Aging who is a reader of E.A. or some other influential Elder Abuse Advocate is going to call for a REAL investigation of this horrific case of intentional neglect of an elder person, misappropriation or misuse of funds of an elder person by means of deception and embezzlement by misuse of a fiduciary relationship.

And your diplomatic immunity is going to end once and for all .

Clara was taken from her home on August 20, 2005 and in the following 12 months she would endure being bounced around "Like a puppet on a string." District Judge Von Hoff

Clara would endure 5 address changes, She would be left alone in 3 nursing homes, her care would be farmed out to a 'alleged' homeless person who gave her a 'real and non alledged' Sexually trasmitted Disease (STD), Clara was told her husband was dead, that her caregivers had abandoned her and some much other stuff that will leave some for whenever a serious investigation into this case is finally ordered by someone that cares.

Pastor Gets 5 years for Molesting 10-year-old

By SCOTT DAUGHERTY, Staff Writer

An Odenton minister convicted of molesting a 10-year-old boy was sentenced yesterday to five years in prison.

Enoch Jermaine Hill, 29, sat quietly as Judge William C. Mulford II dismissed his pleas for leniency and ordered him to prison.

But after court was dismissed, the young man - who still maintained his innocence yesterday - turned around, broke into tears, and mouthed to his family, "What am I going to do now?"
Prosecutors and the victim's family said they were satisfied with the sentence.
"I'm glad he serves some time," said the victim's adult sister, noting how the system "worked."

Well we don't know what the good priest is going to do now , but we know what he isn't going to do at least for the next 2 1/2 years, he is NOT going to be molesting any more little boys not at least for another two years, when he gets off on parole for good behavior.

We suspect the priest is going to be a good little priest while he is in prison, the majority of prisioners serving time for non violent crimes like drug possesions are fathers themselves, and we suspect the good priest isn't going to be too popular when word gets out that he is going to be serving a couple of years for molesting children.
