Subject: elder abuse in New York

This is our story -League Of Justice.Blogspot.Com -our mom has Alzheimer's --today is her birthday

We could not call, or go to her home to see her. Friends and neighbors stopped by but none answered the door even though the cars were in the garage and lights were on.

A sister has isolated her, had her sign over her home to her, and took away the only phone she was able to use. -Preset push button with names printed on the buttons.--

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We know how you feel and no one should have to deal with isolation of a family member, our advise is start looking for a good attorney and inmediately expose the abuser(s). Thank you for documenting it. We would suggest you call the authorities , explain the situation and ask that they do a 'welfare check' on your mother.
